(b) Returning Goods

(c) Heavy & Bulky Goods (Salt Tablets)

Our products (such as salt tablets) are heavy and may require a special courier service for returns.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return of heavy goods, unless the goods are faulty or damaged.

We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

If you prefer, we may be able to arrange collection on your behalf. Collection charges will be deducted from your refund and will be confirmed to you before collection.
(d) Refunds

We will refund the price of the goods and standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of posting).

Where collection has been arranged by us, agreed collection charges will be deducted from the refund.
(e) Exemptions
