2. Products

  • We sell salt tablets for domestic and commercial water softeners and related products.

  • Product descriptions and images are provided for guidance. Actual product packaging may vary slightly.

  • All products are subject to availability. If we cannot supply your order, we will notify you and issue a refund.

3. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£ GBP) and include VAT (where applicable).

  • Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using our accepted payment methods (e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal, Stripe).

  • We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct. If an error occurs, we will notify you and give you the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.

4. Ordering Process

  • When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This is an acknowledgement, not acceptance.

  • A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation email.

  • We reserve the right to refuse an order (e.g., if payment is declined, the product is unavailable, or delivery is restricted).

5. Delivery

  • We deliver to addresses within mainland United Kingdom only (unless otherwise stated).

  • Delivery timescales are shown on our Website but are estimates only.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control (e.g., courier delays, extreme weather).

  • Risk in the products passes to you when delivered. Ownership passes to you once we receive full payment.

6. Cancellations & Returns (Consumer Rights)
(a) Right to Cancel

  • If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

  • To cancel, you must notify us by email or in writing.

(b) Returning Goods

  • You must return the goods to us within 14 days of cancellation.

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless they are faulty, damaged, or misdescribed.

  • Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and suitable for resale.

(c) Heavy & Bulky Goods (Salt Tablets)

  • Our products (such as salt tablets) are heavy and may require a special courier service for returns.

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return of heavy goods, unless the goods are faulty or damaged.

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

  • If you prefer, we may be able to arrange collection on your behalf. Collection charges will be deducted from your refund and will be confirmed to you before collection.

(d) Refunds

  • We will refund the price of the goods and standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of posting).

  • Refunds are made using the same payment method you used.

  • Where collection has been arranged by us, agreed collection charges will be deducted from the refund.

(e) Exemptions

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Goods that are perishable or sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

7. Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to a full refund, repair, or replacement in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • Please contact us as soon as possible with details and, if requested, provide photos of the fault/damage.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

  • Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods purchased.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else we cannot legally limit.
